Murray has been a real estate agent with Allens since April 2007. During this time Murray has performed at a high level in the company taking out many awards including Rookie of the Year 2009, Most Improved Salesperson of the Year 2010 (Tier 2), Sales Person of the Year (Tier 2) two years running and now Allens Residential Salesperson of the Year 2011 and Allens Overall Salesperson of the Year 2011.
Murray continues to achieve great results for his clients with top prices and sales in short timeframes. Prior to entering the real estate sales industry, Murray owned and operated his own businesses achieving great successes there also.
A family man and married for over 20 years, Murray, wife Leah and 3 young children live on a small lifestyle block in Whareora Road. Leah Coop, Murray’s wife, works in a support role to his business bringing with her a professional level of management and administration to the business unit. She is involved in ensuring all communications are made to clients on a regular basis. Leah will conduct various ‘behind the scenes’ activities such as co-coordinating building inspections and pre-settlement checks. Leah is called upon to host occasional open homes when Murray’s programme is full. As well as being a qualified real estate agent, Leah also holds a Diploma in Business Studies and has extensive experience as an executive assistant. She has held positions of Executive Assistant to the Regional Director for Work and Income New Zealand, Executive Assistant to the Banking Ombudsman, Personal Assistant to the Parliamentary Ombudsman and Personal Secretary to the General Manager Ag Research Ruakura.
